Junior Strategy & Transformation Consultant (2 Open) Location: 100% on-site at FBI HQ (935 Pennsylvania Ave. NW, Washington, DC 20535 Length: 3 year contract w/potential to go permanent after a year Pay Rate: $34-$39/hr. MAX (due to SCA = 10 days of PTO after 1 year & 11 Federal Holidays) Description: A client in the DC area is looking to add a Strategy and Transformation Consultant to their team. This person will be responsible for analyzing and streamlining HR business processes. Must Have: 2+ years of experience in a Professional HR or Business environment Strong communication, professionalism, and the ability to work with all levels of leadership Active Top Secret clearance Bachelor's degree or higher (will consider additional experience in lieu of degree) Plusses: Understanding of Federal retirement paperwork and processes
