I enjoy the variety of construction projects we undertake; it keeps the work interesting and allows me to develop a broad range of skills. Safety procedures are outlined, but enforcement varies. Tools are well-maintained, and everyone is focused on safety and results.

You're expected to adapt quickly, even when resources are limited. The commitment to customer satisfaction is clear. While training is provided, opportunities for rapid career growth are limited. Coworkers are generally helpful, though coordination between trades can be inconsistent depending on the project manager.

Training exists, but it's minimal unless you seek it out.
