Position: Operations Manager Location: Thousand Oaks, CA Company: Distribution Company Responsibilities: The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all site operations and ensuring optimal site performance, employee retention, and customer satisfaction and growth. This person will interface with their direct reports responsible for overseeing warehousing and distribution operations, work directly with clients and work with executive leadership of the company. The Operations Manager will be totally responsible for PnL and all budgeting of the facility, hiring training and disciplining of employees, and working with the client to ensure their needs and expectations are met. Job Requirements Requirements: 3+ years experience in Manager role (Operations Manager, Warehouse Manager, General Manager, Plant Manager, etc) Strong people skills Good computer skills - Excel, Outlook, WMS preferred Bachelor's preferred not required
