About Forma Furniture
Forma Furniture was founded in 2004 by Travis and Dee Ann Garrish. Dee Ann grew up in the furniture business. Her family started selling and importing Danish Furniture in the early 70's. Upon moving to Fort Collins we saw an opportunity to introduce Contemporary or Scandinavian furniture to Fort Collins and all of Northern Colorado.
