Job Description: The Document Controller is responsible for providing professional and efficient support to the team, including receiving, reviewing, categorizing, scanning, filing, and tracking documents using the client’s classification and organization systems and eBuilder. This position requires extreme attention to detail, knowledge of inbound communications, familiarity with confidential documents, and the ability to manage a large number of documents/tasks in a fast-paced environment. The role is on-site Monday – Friday from 8:30am – 5pm. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and control incoming and outgoing submittals, responses, correspondences, and other documentation following required eBuilder processes for each project/contract. Ensure all documents are properly stored, managed, and accessible to authorized personnel per agency document control and record retention policy.
