Position Summary The Director of Development is a key member of the leadership team, responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing all fundraising activities and strategies to sustain and grow the organization’s impact. This role leads a team of development professionals and works closely with the Executive Director, Board of Directors, program staff, and external stakeholders to cultivate meaningful relationships and secure diverse funding sources. Key Responsibilities Fundraising Strategy & Management Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy with clear goals across individual giving, major gifts, foundation grants, corporate sponsorships, events, and planned giving. Lead the annual fundraising plan and campaign calendar, ensuring revenue goals are met or exceeded. Analyze development performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve outcomes.
