Position Summary The HR Manager – Distribution Center is responsible for overseeing all HR-related functions within the DC, with a strong emphasis on employee relations, workforce engagement, and regulatory compliance. This is a very hands-on role, requiring daily presence and interaction on the floor with employees and managers. The HR Manager serves as a key partner to DC leadership to support a productive, safe, and inclusive work environment. They ensure consistent application of policies, address employee concerns proactively, and promote positive employee experiences at all levels.
