We are seeking candidates for a Maintenance Technician to support our residential property in Burlington, VT. You will join our maintenance team whose responsibilities include: - Performing in-unit repairs and preventative maintenance. - Completing work orders, light electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work, and general building maintenance. - Performing janitorial duties and groundskeeping. - Updating the work order system and communicating with the Superintendent on completed and on-going work assignments.
