About The Role The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the effective working conditions of all equipment within the facility. This position will have the responsibility to replace and update controls system hardware, program new and/or modify controls programming, troubleshoot systems, support calibration of controls equipment and sensors, and other duties as needed to ensure proper function of the site's building systems. This role is based in our Georgetown, Texas facility. What You'll Do Diagnose equipment failures, find root causes, and communicate actions taken to the rest of the team. Act as an expert-level trainer on all machines in the assigned areas and be responsible for training the Shift Technicians. Create, implement, and improve project management documents and schedules. Provide daily coverage of production line equipment by quickly responding to alarms, breakdowns, and production requests to minimize downtime. Perform major equipment repairs

Apartment Maintenance Technician Responsibilities include diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) units; electrical appliances, outlets, and light fixtures; plumbing, carpentry, and locks.
