Essential Functions/Responsibilities: This is a leadership and transactional role. The position should be able to communication well and be a strong team player. This role will communicate with all different levels of employees from the Plant manager to an operator. Will utilize E Maintenance (CMMS) system to plan work orders, review work orders to understand downtime issues, work with Shop Logix reports (automated downtime database) to understand downtime issues and manage a group scorecard that will be updated each month. Manage the inventory for the store room, setup new parts for the store room, and work on minimizing downtime due to no spare parts. Responsible for reviewing and maintain all incoming work request to ensure timely planning and completion. Maintains accurate information in our CMMS for all new, existing and decommissioned equipment. Maintain awareness and proactively manage all factors contributing to KPI's such as but not limited to: - Safety - Recordable and Lost T
