General Description Provides courteous and professional teller service to customers. Completes transactions accurately and efficiently according to established policies and procedures. Identify referral opportunities and make appropriate suggestions that best meet the customers' needs. Consistently seek to delight our customers by friendliness, including learning our customers and addressing them by name. Required to work some Saturday mornings. Reliable attendance is critical. RESPONSIBILITIES Processes transactions accurately and efficiently Smiles and greet customers, demonstrates good customer service skills Identify customer needs, and strive to meet those needs or direct customer to someone that can Controls teller cash drawer limits Follow bank security policies and procedures such as opening and closing procedures and maintaining alarm codes and functions Maintains an acceptable over/short difference Cashes checks within assigned limits Accepts deposit withdrawals and payments
