Job Purpose This position works closely with the Business users and provide application support for the Engineering Applications including CATIA, Teamcenter, Teamcenter Integration for CATIA (TCIC) and Tc Vis. Also works closely with the PLM Product Development team in identifying and defining key business process flows as well as managing all associated data, document requirements and coordinate functional evaluations for maintaining or enhancing the current systems. Key Accountabilities Monitor IS ticketing system, Manage the ticket priority, Escalation and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and provide Application and Process Support for CATIA, TCIC, Teamcenter and Teamcenter Visualization.
