SEEDS – Access Changes Everything (formerly New Jersey SEEDS) is a privately funded, statewide, nonprofit organization dedicated to providing educational opportunities to academically talented, financially limited students. Overview: The Assistant/Associate Dean of Students will provide strategic leadership and oversight for a broad range of student services and programs that promote student development, engagement, and success, and will work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and students to foster a supportive and inclusive campus environment. Overview: The Advisory Dean Program ("ADP" or "Program") Of New York Medical College (NYMC), School of Medicine (SOM) is established as an integral component of student life in providing longitudinal career advisement, coaching, mentoring, teaching related to career development, and reinforcement of the importance of student mental health and wellness. In partnership with trained Advisory Deans ("AD"), the Program is managed by the Advisory Dean Program Director who reports to the Dean of Students within the Office of Student Affairs. ADs report directly to the Advisory Dean Program Director. All students enrolled in the NYMC SOM M.D. Degree Program are assigned an AD.
