The leadership team fosters a culture of respect, and the shift schedules are stable. The team-oriented culture fosters strong collaboration and respect among coworkers. Even under pressure, the team remains focused and effective. Management truly listens to worker feedback - many of our process improvement suggestions get implemented. There is a lot of upward movement, that’s not unexpected in my role. They provide modern equipment and prioritize a safe working environment above all else.

Diverse workforce with a strong culture. The pace can be uneven depending on priorities. However, the environment feels a bit disconnected at times. Employees across multiple shifts, coordination could be challenging, but the systems in place make collaboration seamless. Safety standards exceed industry requirements regularly.
