Asphalt Patch Systems was established over 25 years ago on October 1st, 1981 by Mark and Jay Looker. Through the years the company size and reputation has grown. In 1990, Mark and Jay came together with Rick Kiehn to create Asphalt Concrete Cutting and Patching as a sister company to extend the services offered to our customers.
