They listen to concerns and work with you to resolve issues quickly and respectfully.

Management is approachable and values our input, creating a sense of partnership rather than just employment. Coworkers are polite and it is somehow overly collaborative. The relatively it means you get to know everyone, fostering a strong sense of camaraderie. Tools are provided, but upgrades are infrequent.

The work is challenging but rewarding, and there's a strong sense of accomplishment in seeing our products come to life. Supervisors are polite but rarely offer praise.
