Job Description JOB SUMMARY A Claims Compliance Analyst ensures that Marriott's claims handling practices adhere to all applicable state regulations governing insurance claims, by monitoring claim activities, analyzing data, identifying potential compliance issues, and working with regional claims offices to ensure proper claim adjudication according to state laws, minimizing risks and protecting the company from regulatory penalties. Expected Contributions •Review and analyze calculation of required State assessments for Marriott International's self-administered US Workers Compensation program, including. o Guarantee Funds o 2nd or Subsequent Injury Funds o Administration Funds o Premium taxes o Self-insured applications and renewals o Bonds •Own the monthly database update process for Marriott International's self-administered US Workers Compensation program, including. o Quarterly payroll results. o Insured and self-insured status updates. o Location updates. •Respond to all state

As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards. Salary Range $106,300.00
