IVRI (Industrial Vendor Reduction Incorporated) was founded by Scott Dobbeck in 1998 and designed to be a "go to" solution company for those customers that had shrinking engineering and purchasing groups. Scott worked as a Sole Proprietor until mid-2000, whereby he was joined by a partner, Sam Terroso, whose experience was in the Process Control/Instrumentation industry. Their mission was to become an integral part of their customers' daily industrial equipment requirements. A certified quality program, including parts inspection & an automated database, consigned inventory programs, and comprehensive kitting services have further enhanced IVRI's value to its customer base. In addition, IVRI also provides a wide range of manufactured parts, including those involving flame cut, plasma cut, milled, turned, ground, waterjet, formed and sheet metal (stamp & die). Both high CNC volume & low manual volume parts are now a common & competitive offering. The ability to provide efficient & flexible solutions has carried IVRI on an explosive growth rate in the past (16) years. IVRI serves a wide range of industries, including but not limited to the Power, Chemical, Food Processing, OEM and Pharmaceutical/Bio-Processing markets. Within those industries, we pursue the End User, Engineering Houses, Mechanical Contractors, and OEM's. We presently have (9) sales representatives, including Scott and Sam, with a support staff of an additional (40) employees. Our corporate office in York, PA includes a 80,000 square foot warehouse, customer walk-in counter, valve automation center, parts inspection / kitting stations, & delivery fleet services.
