Location: 900 W Adams St Jacksonville FL 32204 Position Type: Non-Exempt Pay Range: $21.42 - $24.10 About this opportunity: The Emergency Beds Services Coordinator is responsible for the intake process, bed assignment, orientation, case management, and daily operations of the emergency overnight beds program. This position includes assessing client needs, coordinating intake, managing bed assignments, providing case management services, and ensuring the program runs smoothly. The coordinator will also collaborate with the Jacksonville Fire Rescue Department (JFRD) and work directly with individuals in crisis to meet their immediate needs while connecting them to long-term housing and support services Key responsibilities: Client Outreach and Intake: Manage all referral contacts received from JFRD. Conduct initial intake interviews to assess eligibility for the emergency beds program. Establish eligibility for services, including possible transition to the Transitional Housing program.
