The Jennite Company is a local family owned and operated company, which has been in operation since 1946. Our company has set the standards for high quality work at competitive prices throughout Northwest Ohio & Southeastern Michigan. We pride ourselves in being "Toledo's Favorite Paving & Sealing Contractor." We employ some of the most knowledgeable people in the asphalt industry. Bob Wheeler, Tom Walter, and Steve Dolgin are responsible for sales and job estimating. Tom Wheeler handles the day-to-day field operations from scheduling to site management. Al Ramirez and Paul Bernal are responsible for our municipal and site work. The sealing and crack filling operations are managed by Karl Litle. Jennite employs 45 team members during the construction season. "It's unwise to pay too much, but it's unwise to pay too little. When you pay too much you lose a little money, that is all. When you pay too little, you sometimes lose everything, because the thing you bought was incapable of doing the thing you bought it to do. The common law of business balance prohibits paying a little and getting alot- it can't be done. If you deal with the lowest bidder, it's well to add something for the risk you run. And if you do that, You will have enough to pay for something better."
