Position: Packaging Technician Reports to: Production Manager & Supervisors Schedule: Tuesday-Friday 7:30AM-5:30PM Starting Pay: $17.50/hour PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Package and label dried flower, fill pre-rolls, portion concentrates, and package oils according to predetermined quotas and work orders. Operate sophisticated packaging equipment for sorting and packaging dried cannabis flower, pre-rolls, concentrates, and oils. Set up, operate, change over, break down, and sanitize packaging equipment. Report to the Packaging Manager and collaborate with the team to achieve daily packaging work order goals. Coordinate batch inventory and packaging materials. Case pack units for storage and shipment. Track and record each step of the packaging process, validating with equipment readings for consistency. Attend to any units rejected by the packaging equipment. Identify and report equipment malfunctions or deviations from standard operating procedures. Inspect and report any inconsistencie
