KRJ Management is a member of Community Associations Institute (CAI), a national organization formed in 1973 to develop and distribute guidance on community associations. Mr. Oakley was the chairman of the Chief Executive Officers Committee of CAI for 2 years and has been featured as a speaker at CAI seminars. We are also a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), a 50 plus year old national organization formed to serve the interests of those in the real estate management profession. To accomplish this purpose, the Institute confers the title of Certified Property Manager (CPM) upon individuals who can meet the Institute's high standards of education, experience, and ethical conduct. Mr. Oakley has received the CPM designation. All management companies basically offer the same service.
