Working here has been a genuinely positive experience. Training opportunities exist but can be inconsistent and generic. I joined this company with limited manufacturing experience, but through excellent training and mentorship, I quickly found my place. The continuous improvement mindset keeps the job interesting and rewarding. The teamwork is phenomenal, and everyone is committed to achieving common goals safely and efficiently.
