NW LECET is a Cooperation Fund, established under the Labor-Management Cooperation Act of 1978 (29 USC 175a) as a non-profit organization creating a partnership team between Contractors and the Laborers' International Union of North America. We provide far-reaching support to contractors in order to enable them to gain market share and increase the number of jobs for Construction Craft Laborers throughout the Northwest Region. The Team consists of Contractors and our Laborers' Union affiliates throughout Alaska, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming. NW LECET is managed by a joint fourteen member board consisting of equal representation by seven contractors and seven labor leaders from throughout the region.
