Taekwondo and Karate students participate in forms, weapons, sparring and XMA / ATA Xtreme categories. Students from 3 years old (Tiny Tigers) all the way to senior citizens can participate in the martial arts programs. On staff you will learn from specialists in Nutrition, Extreme Athletic Conditioning, Ground Fighting, Krav Maga, Ninjitsu, Combat Stick Fighting, Women's Self Defense, Tae Bo, Kick Boxing, tumbling, tricking and more. In January of 2013, Lee's has added even more variety to it's programs by offering a Martial Fitness Program for adults 16 years of age and older. The Fitness Program includes Kickboxing Aerobics, which is high-intensity full boy cardio. It includes Cage Fitness, which is a MMA Style Bag Regimin designed, tested and endorsed by UFC Welterweight Champion, Matt Hughes.
