Job Description: Baptist Health is looking for a Campus Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition Team in Lexington, KY. This position will require regional travel. Works independently to develop the College Recruiting and Nurse Extern Recruiting Plans then leverages those plans to attract, evaluate, and refer new candidates for open positions using a variety of talent attraction strategies. Acts as the liaison between the schools, hiring managers and candidates to identify the best candidates for Baptist. Extends offers, tracks placement and processes offers in the ATS (Workday). Works with the Pre-Hire Compliance specialist related to the onboarding and orientation processes. Must have strong relationship building and organizational skills. Must have strong technical skills (Excel) to track approved openings, candidates who have applied, their degree program, which school and where they are in progress.
