It’s incredibly motivating. Good coworkers, but work gets repetitive. Employee resource groups are active and well-supported, providing safe spaces for underrepresented groups. The work is steady and manageable, but it doesn’t always allow for creative freedom. Change happens and innovation isn’t a strong focus.
