In 2005, Matt was laid off suddenly and founded M & E Painting that same year with only $100 to his name, a passion for entrepreneurship, and a desire to support his family. At the time of M & E's inception, the lack of customer service and trade excellence was painfully apparent in the paint contracting industry.
