Candidate must be able to motivate and guide patients to visit their Primary Care Physician (PCP) office. A goal of improving compliance with completion of these quality screening tests and exams is a crucial component of the position. Duties and Responsibilities: Using several HCLA available HCLA databases, contact potential patients and educate members on the importance of scheduling appointments that will vastly improve their health status.
