Job Type Full-time Description Summary: This position is responsible for taking orders from customers, preparing specialized coffee drinks, serving doughnuts and handling customer payment, while contributing success of the caf environment, by performing the following duties: Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Uses a "Guest First" decision making process in prioritizing duties. Demonstrates a high level of customer service. Has a positive attitude and creates a rapport with customers. Maintains regular and punctual attendance. Exhibits a high level of product knowledge, including ingredient and allergen information, answers customers' questions. Takes orders from customers and handles customer payment transactions. Prepares coffee-related drinks, including espresso, in alignment with Top Pot's recipe and quality standards.
