Job Overview: The Animal Care Technician II (ACT II) is a critical team member who builds on the foundational skills of ACT I while developing technical competencies and soft skills. This position involves advanced animal care tasks and basic technical responsibilities, with approximately 75-80% of duties focused on husbandry and the remainder on technical services. Reporting to the Animal Resources Manager, the ACT II is responsible for ensuring the health, welfare, and care of research animals, maintaining a clean and compliant environment, and assisting in technical procedures. This role requires reliability, adherence to SOPs and policies, and the ability to operate with little to no supervision. As an ACT II, you demonstrate initiative, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively while supporting the success of research goals. Your contributions are essential to the overall success of the research program and the well-being of the animals in your care.

Responsibilities： 1、Connect with overseas energy storage customers and related companies in US, build good relationship and identify needs and explore high-value potential project opportunities; 2、Assist account PM for coordinating and preparing critical meetings, and coordinating the highlight issues at customer side; 3、Enhance the coordination and service for multiple contact windows of customers, and strengthen management of the face-to-face communication with customers； 4、Coordinate internal resource, sales team, development team, together with account PMs, to figure out the qualification and customer engagement； 5、Coordinate onsite colleagues from other departments, like SC, AMD, to guarantee reasonable progress of commissioning and after-sales tasks of ESS projects, and resolve the problems across multiple departments. 6、Establish program team, and initiate the program, lead the team to deliver, and be responsible for the program management of schedule, quality, cost, and risk； 7
