Description The Department of Pathology is seeking a Clinical Services and Quality Control Specialistto perform routine tasks associated with the calibration, validation, and preventive maintenance of a diverse range of biomedical instrumentation used in the manufacturing and storage of blood components and diagnostic testing applications, including review, and troubleshooting of testing and product quality control. This role will also collaborate with Operating Rooms, Labor and Delivery and Emergency Department on blood kiosk utilization. This position is 100% time, Monday-Friday from 0800-1630. Duties to include: Performs routine equipment maintenance and troubleshoots minor problems when indicated.
