Salary Range - $65,000 - $120,000 + commission BRIEF DESCRIPTION: The Senior Restoration Project Manager is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of all restoration projects and project teams including Restoration PM's, Restoration Supervisors, Restoration Technicians, and Temporary Labor; including but not limited to, daily scheduling of projects, assignment of Restoration Project Managers and field staff to projects, temporary Labor selection, on-site management as needed to support the department, holding field staff accountable for paperwork accuracy, and quality control. The Senior Restoration Project Manager is also responsible for working closely with the office Mitigation Operations Coordinator for PSA accuracy, scheduling, etc., training and mentorship of field staff, field support and in-filling Project Management duties as needed, and driving overall customer satisfaction.
