The Compliance Specialist ensures that our facility licenses are operating in compliance with state and local rules, regulations, and ordinances. The Compliance Specialist is a unique and highly versatile position that requires a strong social and organizational skillset due to the nature of contact and collaboration with external entities and departments. Ultimately, the primary responsibility for the Compliance Specialist is to function as a safeguard for the Compliance Department by ensuring the continual integrity of GDF in the eyes of the regulatory authority and company management.
