SUMMARY Responsible for managing all RDC yard activities and the personnel involved in those activities, maintaining accurate records, and assisting in resolving system or operational issues which may affect inbound or outbound performance. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following: Assist in resolving any system issues which may arise in daily load processing. Monitor carrier and system status messages and mitigate any expected inbound and/or outbound delivery impacts.
