Job Summary: Responsible for the labor performance of assigned production areas and overall supervision of assigned direct and indirect employees. Manages production labor to accomplish effective setup, run, and completion of product to standard quality and standard time. Enforce company policy, labor agreements, 5S conditions, and product, process, and equipment standards. Responsible for the initial training, cross-training, and deployment of labor to support the work centers in their area. Responsible for meeting internal delivery and external ship dates.
