Morgan is our team lead and has been working in real estate for over 10 years. He specializes in listings for Idaho Falls, Ammon, Rigby, Rexburg, & surrounding areas. Morgan is also an investor and can help if youre looking to purchase or sell rentals or commercial property. Mattie Worton joined our team last year and specializes as a Buyer Agent. She helps first time home-buyers, folks looking to upgrade, and even investors. Since she primarily works with buyers she knows how to negotiate and she knows the local market. She will work hard to find you the right property and get you the best deal. If youre looking to buy in Southeast Idaho, talk to Mattie! Aaron Briggs just joined our team and has years of customer service experience from working at Verizon. He is excited to work with our clients and to help them through the process of making offers and walking you through the closing process. We also have 2 gals in our office to keep everything on track. Ashley Byington works as a Listing Manager and does marketing for our office. If youre selling a home or property she will keep in touch throughout the duration of the listing and will keep your listing up to date. Brooke Clements is our Transaction Coordinator.
