Description Job Summary: The Training and Compliance Manager is responsible for developing and implementing training programs, providing the employees the necessary knowledge and skill to perform their duties safely and effectively. Training and compliance initiatives will include, but not limited to workplace safety practices, compliance with industry regulations, emergency response and safety audits. This position will work closely with various departments to analyze gaps in training and safety, determine root causes and implement preventive measures to enhance workplace safety and employee productivity.
