Welcome to Navarro Vineyards. Our family has been growing grapes, making wine and producing non-alcoholic grape juices in the Anderson Valley in coastal Mendocino since 1974. Since we are small, you probably will not find our wine in your local store, the majority of our production is sold directly out of our tasting room and through phone and web orders. Our vineyard is located in a cooler growing region so our specialties and focus are on dry Alsatian style white wines and Pinot Noir. At the 2014 California State Fair we were honored to receive "Winery of the year" and "Best of Show" in the dessert wine category for our 2012 Cluster Select Riesling. The San Francisco Chronicle wine completion awarded both our Anderson Valley Pinot and Mendocino Zinfandel with double gold medals, these wines are both delicious and a bargain priced less than $20. We also received gold medals for our Premier Reserve Chardonnay, Grenache, Pinot Gris and Riesling. Close to home at the Mendocino County Fair we were pleased that our Sauvignon Blanc, Muscat Blanc and Cuvee Traditional Gewurztraminer all scored Double Gold medals and our ever popular Edelzwicker, Premier Reserve Chardonnay and Riesling came home with gold as well. We make a variety of wines and because we are hard to find in stores we offer an extensive tasting menu for your sampling pleasure.
