Our client, a robotics and automation company located in Wilmington, MA, is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to manage customer inquiries, process orders, handle complaints, and provide administrative support. This is a hybrid role, 3 days in office and 2 from home, with the hours 8:00am-4:30pm. This is a 6-month contract with potential to extend.
