We engage community to help people create the change they envision for themselves and their children. Our greatest accomplishment to date is the creation of the SUCCESS Partnership, a prenatal to career education initiative in Doña Ana County. Through the effort of the Ngage team, Ngage board members, and many outstanding community partners this was made possible. The partnership is continuously growing stronger to improve educational outcomes in our county. Through a partnership with the New Mexico State University (NMSU) Center for Community Analysis , Ngage New Mexico gathered crucial education data within Doña Ana County. After close examination of our shortcomings in education, Ngage wanted to help the community rethink education. In 2013, Ngage New Mexico created the Doña Ana County, prenatal to career, SUCCESS Partnership education initiative. The partnership is a diverse group of over 100 cross-sector organizations comprised of parents, education professionals, nonprofit organizations, businesses, regional partners and prestigious community leaders who all believe education is a shared responsibility. How Do We Do This? We use collective impact as our approach to generate change. Cross-sector organizations and individuals come together to focus on finding community solutions to problems. We aim to do our work together, rather than isolation, to create new possibilities in education. When we leverage our combined resources, strengths, and professional experiences, the entire community wins. For more information about the SUCCESS Partnership, go here.
