The General Manger will report directly to company owners. Expectations: The GM is expected to travel between three locations, West Hazleton, Allentown and Pennsburg. The GM will be responsible for overseeing all operations, overseeing retail and inventory, and production performance. The GM will oversee 65-75 employees between all locations. This position works alongside the Controller/HR/management to follow all policies and procedures.
