Open Flame opened in November of 2005. We are a family owned business that specializes in a wide variety of food. We serve only the finest fish/Seafood available delivered daily. All of our steaks and chops are custom cut by us, to ensure quality. Chicken, Ribs and Pork are slow roasted in our wood-burning rotisserie ovens for the best flavors.
