Responsibilities Manage construction projects related to disaster recovery, ensuring compliance with FEMA's Public Assistance Program guidelines. Conduct detailed site inspections to assess damage and prepare recovery plans. Oversee contractors and subcontractors to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of projects. Utilize FEMA's Grants Portal to manage project documentation and maintain transparency. Prepare technical reports, including determination memorandums and appeals, to support disaster recovery funding. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement construction strategies. Stay current with FEMA policies, procedures, and training requirements.
