PAGE Industries, Inc. was founded in 1976 by Jerry Eberle and his business partner, both telecommunications engineers well versed in their understanding of high reliability avionics and electrical equipment. Additionally, Beth Eberle played an integral part, from the formation of the company till present, with her expertise of circuit board design and wiring installation techniques. The initial product produced by the company was avionics test equipment for both general and military aviation. The fact that Jerry has both a pilot license and an FAA Avionics license provided an essential understanding of the critical nature of the business. PAGE's product offerings progressed into telecommunications central office power, specifically heavy DC distribution equipment for telephone companies nationwide with the largest telecom power installation being a 25,000 amp, -48 volt plant for Sprint. PAGE marketed their telecom power equipment directly to the telephone companies nationwide. Working with McCormick-Morgan and Hamilton Standard, PAGE spearheaded a project within the Rockwell B1-B aircraft program and ultimately provided the entire 400 Hz distribution and control equipment for the Rockwell B1-B aircraft production facility in Palmdale, California. From that point, the PAGE product line was established in the 400 Hz marketplace, developing Gate Boxes, Line Drop Compensators, military ramp power distribution equipment, hangar power systems and a multitude of other 400 Hz power distribution components. PAGE maintained a significant presence in the GSE market through our private label offerings. Aside from power distribution, we provided PCA Hose Reels, aircraft boarding bridge mounted PCA Hose Reels, PCA Connectors and Baggage Chutes. PAGE is both the designer and manufacturer of these products, but, because they were private labeled and sold by vendors, end users were not aware they were using PAGE products.
