ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Notify claims administrator of insured litigation and provide the associated legal documents. Notify involved team members (i.e. drivers, managers, etc.) of the litigation and provide initial guidance. Monitor all due dates (answer, discovery, mediations, trials, etc.) and cases for resolution or defense assignment. Gather all relevant internal file materials and route to defense counsel. Assist leadership and defense counsel in coordinating discovery responses.
