They do great work. Benefits are solid, but salaries lag behind private sector counterparts. What impresses me most is how the system maintains educational excellence across all its schools. Clear communication and respectful engagement every step of the way. Communication can be inconsistent across offices. Staff are courteous and informed, though some procedures feel unnecessarily complicated.
