If one does a cursory review of non-lawyer companies that offer to serve as registered agents for Florida corporations and companies, one will see that the prices range from as low as $50 per year to as high as $350 per year. What none of these services offer, however, is that any letter coming to you can (with your permission) be immediately reviewed by our Firm. There are law firms in Florida that provide similar services, but the annual fee can be upwards of $925. PazLaw charges a modest annual fixed fee of $228 (which works out to $19 a month), which we believe is both reasonable and fair. Please note, however, that this is the fee exclusively for being registered agent, and any legal services would incur additional fees.
