Personal Travel Corporation, Inc. was established in 1973 by Tony Smith. Tony took groups to The Sands Casino in Las Vegas and marketed charter planes from Cleveland to Hawaii with a desk and telephone in his brother's law office. With his wife Pat and their grudgingly helpful children bulk mailers were sorted across the first floor of their home. A storefront office opened on Lake Road in Avon Lake in 1976 and Pat began working in the office on a regular basis while their children were in school. Mailers were still handled across the floors at home. Tony's attention to detail and Pat's experience are still integral parts of Personal Travel's personality and ongoing success. We moved to our current location in 1997. Today Pat still oversees two of those mail sorters, Joe and Frank. Thank you technology - we no longer manually sort mailings though we still stuff envelopes from time to time. Our goals are to provide our clients with the best service in travel including: Casino Gambling Charters from Cleveland Casino Reservations & Promotion Confirmation Cruises, Vacation Packages, and Tours Airline reservations and ticketing Car and Hotel Reservations We are the Northern Ohio Representatives for Caesars Entertainment with Total Rewards ® casino hotels in Atlantic City, Las Vegas, New Orleans, Reno / Lake Tahoe, Laughlin Nevada, and Mississippi. We will happily make your Caesars / Harrah's / Horseshoe / Total Rewards ® reservations for you! See our contact page for getting in touch. Originally appointed by the Air Traffic Conference in 1976 to make reservations and literally write plane tickets, today we are accredited by the Airline Reporting Corporation to make airline reservations and issue tickets. Our reservations system, Travelport's SmartPoint, allows access to airlines (reservations & electronic ticketing), rental cars, hotels & motels; we use other systems / programs / applications for cruises, and vacation packages.
