Promatch Solutions, LLC, has been in business for over 45 years. It originated in 1967 for the sole purpose of publishing perfect bound Real Estate MLS books. In the mid '80s Promatch introduced its first distributed computerized MLS product utilizing mini computers in each Board office while continuing as a printer of perfect bound MLS books. In the early '90s the company introduced its first DOS based MLS to its product mix. ProMatch pushed past the DOS world, into distributed systems and ultimately to the Internet while still retaining its print capability. In 1999 Promatch became a 100% digital print shop and added a commercial printing sales team. In 2005, under new ownership, Promatch Solutions has positioned itself to carry on the rich heritage and strong reputation for performance and quality in both the MLS and printing industries. Since its inception, the MLS books published by this company have been regarded as the premier in the Real Estate industry. In the mid 1980s with the knowledge gained from servicing the industry as a publisher, we transported our history of quality to our first DOS based MLS Software product. Then, in 1999 we introduced our first MLS system reliant on the Internet to access databases. In 2002 we released our first fully Internet based MLS system called PromatchILS. Today, our 7th generation version of MLS software, Promatch Complete breaks down device and browser barriers, allowing the same system to be used regardless of device. Promatch Complete is an example of what can be accomplished when heritage, knowledge and technology come together. While the Promatch MLS technology has become increasingly complex, Promatch hasn't deserted our roots either. Today, in a fully digital print shop we remain a publisher of note. Continuing to produce MLS books for some of our MLS clients, we have expanded our printing markets to include assembled documents of all types including bound training manuals, instruction manuals, service manuals, direct mail, and variable print brochures and ...

What Skills Does a person Need at Promatch?

At Promatch, specify the abilities and skills that a person needs in order to carry out the specified job duties. Each competency has five to ten behavioral assertions that can be observed, each with a corresponding performance level (from one to five) that is required for a particular job.

  1. Customer Service: Customer service is the provision of service to customers before, during and after a purchase. The perception of success of such interactions is dependent on employees "who can adjust themselves to the personality of the guest". Customer service concerns the priority an organization assigns to customer service relative to components such as product innovation and pricing. In this sense, an organization that values good customer service may spend more money in training employees than the average organization or may proactively interview customers for feedback. From the point of view of an overall sales process engineering effort, customer service plays an important role in an organization's ability to generate income and revenue. From that perspective, customer service should be included as part of an overall approach to systematic improvement. One good customer service experience can change the entire perception a customer holds towards the organization.
  2. Leadership: Knowledge of and ability to employ effective strategies that motivate and guide other members within our business to achieve optimum results.
  3. Merchandising: In the broadest sense, merchandising is any practice which contributes to the sale of products to a retail consumer. At a retail in-store level, merchandising refers to the variety of products available for sale and the display of those products in such a way that it stimulates interest and entices customers to make a purchase. In the profession of merchandising you are either employed by the store in which you work, or by an independent distributor. As a professional merchandiser, in a retail setting, you will not only know your products(I.e. coffee, juice, soda, etc.) but you will gauge other “vendors” like products as you tend to your job. Working with the store and other merchandisers, shelf space is often given or taken as need be in some locations(for some young merchandisers this is known as “war”) In retail commerce, visual display merchandising means merchandise sales using product design, selection, packaging, pricing, and display that stimulates consumers to spend more. This includes disciplines and discounting, physical presentation of products and displays, and the decisions about which products should be presented to which customers at what time.
  4. Coaching: Coaching is a form of development in which an experienced person, called a coach, supports a learner or client in achieving a specific personal or professional goal by providing training and guidance.
  5. Scheduling: Scheduling is the process of arranging, controlling and optimizing work and workloads in a production process or manufacturing process.
